Who can work through DiscoShift?＋
Anyone 18 or over with the right to work in the UK. You'll complete a quick verification once, then you're good to pick up shifts.
How and when do I get paid?＋
Pay runs weekly as standard. You'll also be able to cash out wages you've already earned early, whenever you need them — similar to how the big delivery apps work.
Do I have to commit to regular hours?＋
No. Every shift is one-off. Accept what suits your week and ignore the rest — there's no rota and no penalty for not picking anything up.
Do I need experience or qualifications?＋
Not necessarily. Some shifts suit first-timers, others want experience — each listing is clear. We'll also offer short in-app training so you can walk in confident.
