How does pricing work?＋
You'll see one inclusive price per shift covering the worker's pay and our fee. No subscriptions or minimum spend to get started — you only pay when you fill a shift.
Are workers vetted?＋
Yes. Every worker completes age (18+) and right-to-work verification before they can pick up shifts, and you can see ratings from other venues.
Who employs the worker?＋
DiscoShift handles the staffing and payroll side as the employment business, so you're not taking on the paperwork. You stay responsible for on-site supervision and licensing, as normal.
How fast can a shift be filled?＋
For last-minute cover we aim to confirm a worker within the hour, subject to availability. Plan ahead and you can line up staff for a whole run of nights.
When can my venue start?＋
